Out Fishing

I am fishing with the intent to find a whale shark which I did end up catching. I didn't run into any issues here and I enjoyed how this felt like the text version of when I used to play animal crossing and fish for hours looking for things to complete the aquarium. 

We are out here fishing! I like that there's multiple ways to get the shrimp, which makes it a lot easier to get the shark ending if you're trying for that. The random man is also a funny addition to an otherwise pretty normal setting.

I think maybe having the different initial baits having some more branching and differences could be interesting, but I also like the way it is now and how it doesn't feel overwhelming.

I decide to go fishing for a whale shark and caught a bunch of things which eventually led me to ... a basking shark! I tried it again using my new bait and was able to get the whale shark as hoped. I was pleased.

I didn't come across any issues. 

I enjoyed each moment that I would drop my line, curious as to what I might catch; which is exactly what I want from fishing! I was excited to find the basking shark and also to see the inventory expand to include the things which I caught. I played through it three times and each time I went down a different satisfying path. Nice work!

I'm a fisher and I want to catch a whale shark really bad. I caught the whale shark at the end yay! Everything was pretty clear and ran smoothly. I really liked it when the random dude gave me a fish and then disappeared, very mysterious.

oh my gosh i love this!!! i'm so impressed that you can replace your bait with whatever you just caught, that seems like a complicated system but it's very effective! i just want to fish all day i love fishing minigames

each new catch was exciting and intersting. i didn't get that shark because i almost died but i will next time

I love the idea of continuously building ontop of your choices. I was unfortunately not able to get the whale shark but I had fun trying.

I love how unexpected the diver came into the plot and game play! 

I got the Whale Shark!!!!! Epic strange man gave me fish then fish shrimp.  I kept my bait as the nightcrawler (idk what it is). Very animal crossing core.

I loved all of the different endings and how they flowed together

I love being a little fisherman trying to catch a fish with different baits including other catches I had. I ended up catching the Whale Shark! I'm so good at fishing. There was a point where I hooked a shark but it swam away and I could choose to try again or call it a day, I'm glad I tried again since it led to me achieving my whale shark goal.

I enjoyed this a lot! I felt like I was fishing and was very satisfied by the outcomes I got :)
