Very intense with the beginning till the end. Just exploring the church and trying to learn more about it and getting a visual idea of who lives there. I would not stay to met this person. With all the crazy findings there surely is something wrong with them.
I enjoyed the characterization of the guy living there, I sort of expected him to be more odd and malicious but he seemed pretty "normal" based on his reaction when finding the player character. The atmosphere was engaging and almost realistic in a way where I hesitated to further into the church, in fear of consequences. Overall nice game:D
This was really well done! The atmosphere you created drew me in. You clearly put a lot of care into creating the enviroment and that show. I felt like I was exploring the church, and rummaging through the writtings of a madman. You seem to have a peachant for religous horror and I urge you to explore it. The only criticism I can really give is that occasionally the tenses didn't line up. Other than that I would love to see this in a more fleshed out form, like a point and click adventure!
I liked how many choices you gave the player, I felt like I was getting to explore it the way I wanted, and I thought it was a cool choice to not have the guy kill you immediately after seeing you. I feel like a lot of stories would just have had him kill you right away, but it's definitely more interesting to see that he seems to be just as scared as you, and it leaves the story open to more interpretation.
I love the mysterious tone of the game, you displayed the atmosphere extremely well!!! I definitely needs to replay this game a bunch so I can experience every ending. I enjoyed it a lot!!
The tone and atmosphere of this was solidly executed and I liked your approach to the man living in the church, it overall reminded me a little of a certain segment of a game I played long ago that will not be named
The theming of the game was a very smart choice to keep the terrifying, mysterious mood! The narrative itself and the descriptors were very gripping, it made me interested in how this game would look in a visual-based format rather than text-based. Some technical issues distracted me somewhat, such as how hovering over the text you want to choose turns it the same color as the background, and how in the penultimate scene you can only continue to the final scene from checking the mattress. Also, just a personal little nitpick but it's always strange to play a choice-based game where you can end the game after just a single choice lol
But none of this is to discount your ability to create an atmosphere! I only experienced a few endings but I want to go back and see more. Wonderful job!

I decided to stay till the very end and when he saw me, all the buildup from the previous things that I found out made it a lot scarier because he's already killed stuff so like what's stopping him from killing me. The mood of how everything was told was really good and ominous. yay good game :)
Is this the backstory of the weird priest at the convenience store, or are they completely unrelated religious guys who both happen to be covered in blood? Nice visuals that help set up the atmosphere, although the font was a little hard to read since it was small and grey on black. The first ending I got was successful escape, but I went back and tried the other ones. I like how there's so many endings where you can just leave and not be a horror game protagonist.
This is a classic, environment-based adventure game. I like the description of items to find and investigate, animal carcasses, and the like. The option becomes black when the mouse is moved over it, which slightly affects the reading experience, but overall, I like the depressing feeling of the black background! I experienced two endings: "didn't go to church" and "was chased by a mysterious man, escaped and never came back."
I really liked this one :3 Atmosphere and language was good, great pacing. I truly felt on edge and there was enough incentive for me to leave before mr guy came home even though I knew I could get more information if I went into his room. I ended up replaying a bunch to find the different endings, and mr guy's characterization is really interesting to me. I like you didn't make him malicious or evil, but he was scared of me in some endings, and he seemed to regret harming me in the one where I die. The descriptions of the corpses and mice contrasting with his behavior makes me more curious about the church's lore and other worldbuilding that could exist beyond the game. Epic gaming.
I escaped! I really liked your descriptive language in this one, the writing was very eerie and the build up was super suspenseful. The use of the grey text on black also added to the ambiance. I think this game could have benefitted from some sort of sound, just to add even more to the creepy vibe. Maybe some crickets or soft spooky music? Either way, really great job!
Really gripping narrative. I thought the pacing was excellent and the details were vivid enough to be disturbing without feeling labored. The game had the feeling of a old ghost story, particularly with the ending not giving me any resolution or answering any questions. I feel haunted!
